ViVE 2026 | 10x10 Booth Package Sponsorship

Location:

The 10x10 booth packages are located on the ViVE show floor of the Los Angeles Convention Center (South Hall).

Structure and Furniture:

  • (1) single-sided backwall with graphics on the front (8’h x 9’w)
  • (1) demo counter with locking cabinet (42”h x 47.5”w x 22”d)
  • (1) front counter with locking cabinet and graphic kick panel (42”h x 47.5”w x 22”d)
  • (2) standard stools (placed at the front counter)
  • (1) wastebasket

Booth Graphic Templates & Upload:

As the sponsor, you are responsible for the design and submission of your 10x10 booth graphics to T3 Expo.

Graphic Submission Deadline: Wednesday, January 21, 2026

  • Click HERE to download the 10x10 graphic templates
  • Once your artwork is final, upload all files directly to T3 Expo HERE
  • For best results, please follow the T3 Expo Print Production Artwork Guidelines when creating artwork
  • After graphic submission, the T3 Expo team will follow up with artwork proofs for your review and approval

Audio Visual:

  • (1) 32" monitor will be mounted to the backwall
  • The monitor will be equipped with (1) HDMI cable for connection. For additional monitor FAQs, please click HERE

Power/Electrical:

  • One (1) standard 5-AMP power drop and one (1) power strip will be provided
  • The power drop will be placed at the monitor location, and the power strip will be run under the carpet and placed at the reception counter

Carpeting/Flooring:

  • The 10x10 booth packages will be carpeted in a single, uniform color selected by the ViVE team. No additional action is needed on your part regarding carpeting

Internet/Wifi:

  • Complimentary Wifi will be provided on the show floor to all attendees, however, ViVE cannot guarantee uptime consistency throughout the duration of the event. We strongly recommend a dedicated internet connection if you intend to stream audio/video content or conduct live demonstrations/presentations within and around your exhibit.

Storage:

  • The 10x10 booth packages include both a front reception counter and a demo counter, each featuring lockable storage. For any additional items you need stored, we recommend reaching out to T3 Expo for storage options.

Booth Display Guidelines:

  • Due to fire marshal regulations, no furniture, displays, signage, or promotional materials are allowed in the aisles or surrounding area outside your booth. All items must be kept entirely within the boundaries of your assigned booth space. For more information, please click HERE.
