ViVE 2026 | 20x30 Booth Package (Option 1) Sponsorship

The 20x30 booth packages are located on the ViVE show floor of the Los Angeles Convention Center (South Hall).

(1) fabric printed backwall with interior storage area. Graphics on exterior walls and door (12’h x 20’w x 4’d
(2) white waterfall demo counters (40.75”h x 36”w x 48”d)
(1) double-sided demo kiosk with graphics, two floating shelves & glacier white illuminated light tape on sides (8’h x 5’w x 6”d)
(1) front counter with locking cabinet and graphic kick panel (42”h x 60”w x 22”d)
(2) standard stools (placed at the front counter)
(1) meeting space with clear plexi panels (no branding permitted on clear plexi panels) (8’h x 9’w x 6’d)
(1) 36” round cafe table with (4) chairs (in the meeting space)
(1) 36” round cafe table with (3) chairs (in networking area, outside of meeting space)
(1) wastebasket

As the sponsor, you are responsible for the design and submission of your 20x30 booth graphics to T3 Expo.

Once your artwork is final, upload all files directly to T3 Expo HERE
For best results, please follow the T3 Expo Print Production Artwork Guidelines when creating artwork
After graphic submission, the T3 Expo team will follow up with artwork proofs for your review and approval

(4) 32" monitors will be mounted to the double-sided demo kiosk and waterfall demo counters

Five (5) standard 5-AMP power drops and five (5) power strips will be provided
- Four power drops will be placed at the monitors
- The fifth power drop & strip will be placed at the front desk

The 20x30 booth packages will be carpeted in a single, uniform color selected by the ViVE team. No additional action is needed on your part regarding carpeting

Complimentary Wifi will be provided on the show floor to all attendees, however, ViVE cannot guarantee uptime consistency throughout the duration of the event. We strongly recommend a dedicated internet connection if you intend to stream audio/video content or conduct live demonstrations/presentations within and around your exhibit.

The 20x30 booth packages include the following lockable storage spaces. For any additional items you need stored, we recommend reaching out to T3 Expo for storage options.

Due to fire marshal regulations, no furniture, displays, signage, or promotional materials are allowed in the aisles or surrounding area outside your booth. All items must be kept entirely within the boundaries of your assigned booth space. For more information, please click HERE.
