ViVE 2026 | Meeting Pod Sponsorship

Location:

The meeting pods are located on the ViVE show floor of the Los Angeles Convention Center (South Hall).

Structure and Furniture:

• (1) pre-built, semi-private hard wall meeting pod (approx. 8'x9' footprint)
• (1) table with (4) chairs
• (1) wastebasket

Branding Opportunity:

Logo Submission Deadline: Wednesday, January 21, 2026

Power/Electrical:

• One (1) standard 5-AMP power drop and one (1) power strip will be provided for the meeting table

Carpeting/Flooring:

• The meeting pod area will be carpeted in a single, uniform color selected by the ViVE team. No additional action is needed on your part regarding carpeting

Internet/Wifi:

• Complimentary Wifi will be provided on the show floor to all attendees, however, ViVE cannot guarantee uptime consistency throughout the duration of the event. We strongly recommend a dedicated internet connection if you intend to stream audio/video content or conduct live demonstrations/presentations within and around your exhibit.

Storage:

• The meeting pods do not include storage. For any items you need stored, we recommend reaching out to T3 Expo for storage options.

Meeting Pod Display Guidelines:

• Due to fire marshal regulations, furniture, displays, promotional materials, signage, etc., are not allowed​ ​on the floor surrounding your pod. Any items placed in your booth must be confined to the inside of your pod. Additional branding/signage is not allowed on the outside walls of your pod. Please note: pop-up banners are not permitted in meeting pods, as they may obstruct the view of neighboring pods. Must abide by all exhibitor rules and regulations.
