ViVE 2026 | 10x10 Meeting Cube Sponsorship
Location:
The meeting cubes are located on the ViVE show floor of the Los Angeles Convention Center (South Hall).
Structure and Furniture:
- (1) pre-built cube structure comes with 8’H walls, a lockable door, and a glass see-through panel
- (1) table with (4) chairs
- (1) wastebasket
Branding Opportunity:

Power/Electrical:
- One (1) standard 5-AMP power drop and one (1) power strip will be provided for the meeting table
Carpeting/Flooring:
- The meeting cube area will be carpeted in a single, uniform color selected by the ViVE team. No additional action is needed on your part regarding carpeting
Internet/Wifi:
- Complimentary Wifi will be provided on the show floor to all attendees, however, ViVE cannot guarantee uptime consistency throughout the duration of the event. We strongly recommend a dedicated internet connection if you intend to stream audio/video content or conduct live demonstrations/presentations within and around your exhibit.
Storage:
- There is no secure storage space provided. Items, however, may be placed inside your meeting cube. For any additional materials that you need to store, we recommend contacting T3 Expo for storage.
Meeting Cube Display Guidelines:
- Due to fire marshal regulations, furniture, displays, promotional materials, signage, etc., are not allowed on the floor surrounding your cube. Any items placed in your booth must be confined to the inside of your cube. Additional branding/signage is not allowed on the outside walls of your cube. Must abide by all exhibitor rules and regulations.
