• Your room will be set in rounds with eight (8) chairs per table
• One (1) stage riser with four (4) chairs
• One (1) podium
• A/V:
  • One (1) mixer
  • One (1) sound system
  • Wireless microphones
  • One (1) computer audio connect
  • Two (2) 16:9 screens for the audience to see the presentations
  • One (1) floating A/V tech to manage the room. If you wish to add additional AV, you can do so at your cost. Please reach out to jennifer@clarityexperiences.com

Signage:

• Digital reader board outside the room with your company logo
• One (1) podium sign with your company logo
