ViVE 2026 | Premium Kiosk Sponsorship (Includes Backwall Branding)

Location

The premium kiosks are located in different pavilions around the show floor of the Los Angeles Convention Center (South Hall). Please take a look at the exact location on the online floor plan.

Header Panel & Back Wall

Your company logo will be printed on the header panel, which is placed at the top center of the back wall. In addition to the logo panel, this back wall of your kiosk is brandable, and you have the option to submit a graphic for this wall. Outside of this, no other areas of the kiosk structure can be branded.

Important Note: Last-Call Submission Deadline

If your company logo and back wall graphics are not submitted by Friday, January 30, 2026, ViVE/T3 Expo will proceed to print using your company display name (as shown in the portal) in black-and-white text on the header panel and the back wall will remain white/unprinted.

Display Guidelines

Due to fire marshal regulations, furniture, displays, promotional materials, signage, etc. are not allowed to be placed on the floor surrounding your kiosk. Popup banners are not permitted in kiosk or pavilion areas. No outside decor or signage is allowed to be affixed to the physical kiosk structure. Must abide by all exhibitor rules and regulations.

Frequently Asked Questions

Am I responsible for designing artwork for the kiosk?	Yes, you can create artwork for the back wall of the premium kiosk structure. For the header panel, submit your high-resolution company logo through the sponsor portal and ViVE will handle the rest.
Am I responsible for the setup and teardown of my kiosk?	No, ViVE and T3 Expo will handle the setup and teardown of the pavilion and all kiosk structures.
Can I upgrade my monitor to a larger size at my own cost?	No, you are not able to upgrade the 43" monitor due to size and weight limitations of the kiosk structure.
How do I connect my laptop to the monitor?	The monitor included with your kiosk will have one (1) HDMI port and cable to connect to your laptop. Please note: the monitor is not compatible with USB drives or thumb drives. If you need to use a thumb drive, you may order a media player through Clarity Experiences.
Does the kiosk come with storage?	The cabinet of your kiosk has lockable storage space. For additional storage, you may order accessible storage through T3 Expo.
