🚫 Examples of non-approved items:

  • Promotional flyers
  • Paper inserts

Approval of Collateral Item

Upload a sample/picture of your collateral item for ViVE's approval by the deadline: MONDAY, JANUARY 5, 2026

Order & Shipping

  • Plan to order a quantity of up to 6,000 of the approved item
  • Plan to ship to T3 Expo's Advanced Warehouse starting on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 through Thursday, February 12, 2026 between the hours of 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
    • Starting on Friday, February 13, 2026, shipments received at the advanced warehouse will be charged an additional 30% per pound
    • If you have any issues or questions with the shipping method and timeframe above, please contact us at sponsors@viveevent.com as soon as possible
