Pavilion Booth Artwork/Graphics

Your sponsorship comes with different branding opportunities. As the sponsor, you are responsible for the design and submission of the graphics.

  • Submission Deadline: Monday, January 19, 2026*
  • Graphic Templates Folder (Download): LINK
    • Please disregard the demo counter and 32” monitor cutouts shown on the backwall template, as those elements will not be part of your booth. You’re welcome to design artwork in those areas
  • Graphic Submission Folder (Upload): LINK
  • For best results, please follow the T3 Expo Print Production Artwork Guidelines when creating artwork
  • After graphic submission, the ViVE team will follow up with artwork proofs for your review and approval

*If your graphics are not submitted on or before Monday, January 19, 2026, we will proceed to print with your company logo (as provided in the sponsor portal) on a white background for all branding areas within the pavilion/booth.

Pavilion Booth Inclusions

  • [1] 8' high backwall (with sponsor branding on front side only)
  • [4] standard kiosks, each to include:
    • [1] 8' high white backwall (no graphics)
    • [1] demo counter with locking cabinet & [1] standard stool
    • [1] 32" monitor (HDMI cable included)
    • [1] standard 5-amp power drop  (power strip included)
    • [1] header panel (will include their logo and tagline, all handled by the ViVE team)
  • [1] wastebasket
  • standard carpeting

Storage

Each kiosk demo counter is equipped with lockable storage space for those companies. If you will require storage for items you are shipping, we suggest ordering accessible storage through T3 Expo HERE.

Internet/Wifi

Complimentary Wifi will be provided on the show floor to all attendees, however, ViVE cannot guarantee uptime consistency throughout the duration of the event. We strongly recommend a dedicated internet connection if you intend to stream audio/video content or conduct live demonstrations/presentations within and around your exhibit. Display Guidelines

Due to fire marshal regulations, no furniture, displays, signage, or promotional materials are allowed in the aisles or surrounding area outside your pavilion/booth. All items must be kept entirely within the boundaries of your assigned booth space. Must abide by all exhibitor rules & regulations.
