ViVE 2026 | Assign Your Program Reps For Provider and Payer Connect

What is a Program Rep?

A Program Rep is someone who is registered for ViVE, responsible for requesting and accepting meetings in the matchmaking platform and attending your 1:1 meetings with buyers in the Provider and Payer Connect Lounge booth #1472 on the show floor. We strongly recommend assigning senior-level individuals to meet with our senior-level buyers.

Program Rep Timeline:

  • Tuesday, January 20: Webinar demo covering the matchmaking platform which includes best practices and pro tips. An invitation will be sent to Program Reps. Program Reps will receive an invitation early January.
  • Monday, January 26: Matchmaking begins. Program Reps will receive access to the platform on this day.
  • Monday, January 26 – Saturday, February 21: Scheduling 1:1 meetings.
  • Monday, February 23 - Tuesday, February 24: Onsite meetings taking place in the Provider and Payer Connect Lounge booth #1472.

How To Assign Your Program Reps:

  1. Register: Make sure your selected Rep(s) are registered for ViVE 2026 using your complimentary code.
  2. Log in: If you are the main point of contact for your company's sponsorship at ViVE, click here to log in with your credentials or magic link.
  3. Enable access: In your list of registered attendees, switch Program Rep(s) status from “Disabled” to “Enabled”.

The earlier you assign your Rep(s), the smoother your company’s experience will be in the Market Connect Program. Please complete this step no later than Wednesday, January 21.

Important:

  • REMINDER - Before assigning Program Rep(s), they must be registered for the ViVE 2026 event.
  • Avoid assigning too many reps; the platform will recommend the ideal number based on the quantity of meetings your company purchased.
  • To assign someone registered without your comp code, email marketconnect@viveevent.com.
