ViVE 2026 | Assign Your Program Reps For Provider and Payer Connect

What is a Program Rep?

A Program Rep is someone who is registered for ViVE, responsible for requesting and accepting meetings in the matchmaking platform and attending your 1:1 meetings with buyers in the Provider and Payer Connect Lounge booth #1472 on the show floor. We strongly recommend assigning senior-level individuals to meet with our senior-level buyers.

Program Rep(s) must be assigned by January 21. Without this step, your company won’t be able to schedule meetings when matchmaking begins.

Program Rep Timeline:

  • Tuesday, January 20: Webinar demo covering the matchmaking platform which includes best practices and pro tips. Watch the recording here.
  • Monday, January 26: Matchmaking begins. Program Reps will receive access to the platform on this day. Read the matchmaking guide here.
  • Monday, January 26 – Saturday, February 21: Scheduling 1:1 meetings.
  • Monday, February 23 - Tuesday, February 24: Onsite meetings taking place in the Provider and Payer Connect Lounge booth #1472.
