ViVE 2026 | Philips 20x20 Branded Lounge

Location:

The Philips 20x20 branded lounge is centrally located for visibility and easy access to InteropNOW! and AI Zone traffic on the ViVE show floor of the Los Angeles Convention Center (South Hall).

Structure and Furniture:

  • (1) 20x20 exhibit booth space with branding opportunities
  • (1) welcome podium with (1) standard stool
  • (2) 10x10 meeting cubes each with (1) table and (6) chairs
  • (2) high boy tables with (3) stools per table
  • Electrical
  • Plants/hedges
  • Standard carpeting

Booth Graphic Templates & Upload:

As the sponsor, you are responsible for the design and submission of your 20x20 booth graphics to T3 Expo.

Graphic Submission Deadline: Friday, January 30, 2026

  • Click HERE to download the 20x20 graphic templates
  • Once your artwork is final, upload all files to T3 Expo HERE
  • For best results, please follow the T3 Expo Print Production Artwork Guidelines when creating artwork
  • After graphic submission, we will follow up with graphic proofs for your review and approval

Internet/Wifi:

  • Complimentary Wifi will be provided on the show floor to all attendees, however, ViVE cannot guarantee uptime consistency throughout the duration of the event. We strongly recommend a dedicated internet connection if you intend to stream audio/video content or conduct live demonstrations/presentations within and around your exhibit.

Storage:

  • The 20x20 booth includes the following lockable storage spaces. For any additional items you need stored, we recommend reaching out to T3 Expo for storage options.
    • (1) front podium
    • (2) meeting cubes with lockable doors

Booth Display Guidelines:

  • Due to fire marshal regulations, no furniture, displays, signage, or promotional materials are allowed in the aisles or surrounding area outside your booth. All items must be kept entirely within the boundaries of your assigned booth space. For more information, please click HERE.
