  • Tuesday, Feb 24: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM & 1:00 PM – 5:45 PM (PT)
  • Wednesday, Feb 25: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (PT)

Branding Opportunities:

• One (1) branded backwall designed with a designated area for a solid headshot backdrop
  • The submission deadline is Monday, January 26

• Please let the ViVE team know the following information for image delivery emails:

Other Inclusions:

• ViVE is responsible for the management of all logistics and vendor engagement, carpeting, activation signage, and electric
• Lead generation of all headshot lounge "customers" through the provided scanner*
  • *NOTE: SPONSOR MUST DESIGNATE A TEAM MEMBER TO SCAN BADGES FOR LEAD GENERATION ON-SITE.
