Pavilion Artwork/Graphics
Your booth sponsorship comes with different branding opportunities. As the sponsor, you are responsible for the design and submission of the graphics.

- For best results, please follow the T3 Expo Print Production Artwork Guidelines when creating artwork
- After graphic submission, the ViVE team will follow up with artwork proofs for your review and approval
*If your graphics are not submitted on or before Monday, January 19, 2026, we will proceed to print with your company logo (as provided in the sponsor portal) on a white background for all branding areas within the booth.

Storage
There is no secure storage space within your booth space. If you require storage for items, we suggest ordering accessible storage through T3 Expo HERE.
Internet/Wifi
Complimentary Wifi will be provided on the show floor to all attendees, however, ViVE cannot guarantee uptime consistency throughout the duration of the event. We strongly recommend a dedicated internet connection if you intend to stream audio/video content or conduct live demonstrations/presentations within and around your exhibit. Display Guidelines
Due to fire marshal regulations, no furniture, displays, signage, or promotional materials are allowed in the aisles or surrounding area outside your pavilion/booth. All items must be kept entirely within the boundaries of your assigned booth space. Must abide by all exhibitor rules & regulations.
