ViVE 2027 | Lead Retrieval Options
We are pleased to offer you two lead retrieval options for ViVE 2027!
Event App (Free)
You will be able to access ViVE 2027's lead retrieval from the ViVE Event App free of charge.
You’ll be able to scan badges on your mobile device directly from the ViVE 2027 event app homepage and access all scanned leads from the ViVE Event App Exhibitor Center. Date of ViVE Event App Launch: TBD
The ViVE 2027 Event App lead retrieval solution provides the lead data for scanned attendees in an Excel document that sponsors can export through the event app's Exhibitor Center. Any attendee added as a Team Member to a company’s digital booth can export the shared leads from all other team members through the event app’s Exhibitor Center. There are no advanced lead retrieval capabilities, such as dedicated scanning devices, custom questionnaires & lead forms, and system integrations available through this solution. This option, along with its full capabilities, is available to all Sponsors at no additional cost. For more information on Swapcard’s lead retrieval solution, please refer to the video linked here.

American Tradeshow Services (ATS) (Paid)
A premium paid lead retrieval option will still be available to order for sponsors requiring advanced lead retrieval services, including scanning devices with custom surveys, developer kits, and more. ViVE has partnered with American Tradeshow Services to offer you advanced lead retrieval options.
American Tradeshow Services provides lead data for scanned attendees through their dedicated lead portal, ExpoMetrics. Their advanced lead retrieval capabilities include the LeadsPlus application, which can run on smartphones, dedicated scanning devices like Honeywell-branded scanners, and iPad tablets available for rent. Sponsors can utilize custom qualifiers and survey questions for tailored lead qualification, easily add additional notes, distribute content for quick follow-up, and more. This service is offered at cost, with a la carte options starting at the early bird rate of $369. Their discounted rate deadline is on February 12, 2027.
