Location

The viosks are located on the ViVE show floor of Music City Center on Level 3. View the live floor plan HERE!

Booth Artwork/Graphics

Artwork Submission Deadline: Tuesday, February 9, 2027

As the sponsor, you are responsible for the design and submission of your viosk booth graphics to T3 Expo.

Upload all graphic files directly to T3 Expo HERE.
For best results, please follow T3 Expo's Print Production Artwork Guidelines when creating artwork.
After submission, the T3 Expo team will follow up with artwork proofs for your review and approval.

Structure & Furniture

Audio Visual

(1) 32" monitor will be mounted to the backwall.
The monitor will be equipped with (1) HDMI cable for connection. To view a list of monitor FAQs, click HERE - COMING SOON.

Electrical/Power

One (1) standard 10-AMP power drop and one (1) power strip will be provided.
The power drop will be placed at the monitor location, and the power strip will be run under the carpet and placed at the reception counter.
If you require additional power beyond what's provided, you may order through MCC HERE.

Carpet/Flooring

The viosk areas will be carpeted in a single, uniform color selected by the ViVE team. No additional action is needed on your part regarding carpeting.

Internet/WiFi

Complimentary Wifi will be provided on the show floor to all attendees, however, ViVE cannot guarantee uptime consistency throughout the duration of the event. We strongly recommend a dedicated internet connection if you intend to stream audio/video content or conduct live demonstrations/presentations within and around your exhibit.

Storage

The viosks include a front reception counter equipped with limited lockable space. For any additional items you need stored, we recommend reviewing T3 Expo's accessible storage options HERE.

Display Guidelines

Due to fire marshal regulations, furniture, displays, promotional materials, signage, etc., are not allowed on the floor surrounding your booth space. Any items placed in your booth must be confined to the inside of your booth space. Must abide by all exhibitor rules and regulations.
