ViVE 2027 | 20x30 Booth Package Sponsorship

Booth Artwork/Graphics

Artwork Submission Deadline: Tuesday, February 9, 2027

As the sponsor, you are responsible for the design and submission of your 20x30 booth graphics to T3 Expo.

  • Click HERE to download the 20x30 graphic templates.
  • Upload all graphic files directly to T3 Expo HERE.
  • For best results, please follow T3 Expo's Print Production Artwork Guidelines when creating artwork.
  • After submission, the T3 Expo team will follow up with artwork proofs for your review and approval.

Structure & Furniture

  • (1) fabric backwall with interior storage area - graphics on exterior walls & door (12'h x 20'w x 4'd).
  • (1) front counter with locking cabinet and graphic kick panel (42”h x 60”w x 22”d).
  • (1) meeting space with clear plexi panels - no branding permitted on plexi panels (8'h x 9'w x 6'd).
  • (1) 36" white round cafe table with (4) chairs (meeting space).
  • (1) double-sided demo kiosk with graphics, two floating shelves & glacier white illuminated light tape on sides (8'h x 5'w x 6"d).
  • (2) waterfall demo counters - white (40.75"h x 36"w x 48"d).
  • (2) standard stools (placed at the front counter).
  • (1) 36" white round cafe table with (3) chairs.
  • (1) wastebasket.

Audio Visual

  • (4) 32" monitors will be mounted above each demo counter.

Electrical/Power

  • Five (5) standard 5-AMP power drops and five (5) power strips in total will be provided.
    • One (1) drop and one (1) strip will be placed at each demo counter.
    • One (1) drop and one (1) strip will be placed at the front counter.
  • If you require additional power beyond what's provided, you may order through MCC HERE.

Carpet/Flooring

  • The 20x30 booths will be carpeted in a single, uniform color selected by the ViVE team. No additional action is needed on your part regarding carpeting.

Internet/WiFi

Complimentary Wifi will be provided on the show floor to all attendees, however, ViVE cannot guarantee uptime consistency throughout the duration of the event. We strongly recommend a dedicated internet connection if you intend to stream audio/video content or conduct live demonstrations/presentations within and around your exhibit.

Storage

The 20x30 booths include the following lockable storage spaces. For any additional items you need stored, we recommend reviewing T3 Expo's accessible storage options HERE.

Display Guidelines

Due to fire marshal regulations, furniture, displays, promotional materials, signage, etc., are not allowed​ ​on the floor surrounding your booth space. Any items placed in your booth must be confined to the inside of your booth space. Must abide by all exhibitor rules and regulations.
