ViVE 2027 | 20x20 Booth Package Option 2 Sponsorship

Booth Artwork/Graphics

Artwork Submission Deadline: Tuesday, February 9, 2027

As the sponsor, you are responsible for the design and submission of your 20x20 booth graphics to T3 Expo.

Upload all graphic files directly to T3 Expo HERE.
For best results, please follow T3 Expo's Print Production Artwork Guidelines when creating artwork.
After submission, the T3 Expo team will follow up with artwork proofs for your review and approval.

Structure & Furniture

(1) fabric backwall with interior storage area - graphics on exterior walls & door (12'h x 8'w x 3'd).
(1) front counter with locking cabinet and graphic kick panel (42”h x 60”w x 22”d).
(1) meeting space with clear plexi panels - no branding permitted on plexi panels (12'h x 8'w x 8'd).
(1) double-sided demo kiosk with graphics, two floating shelves & glacier white illuminated light tape on sides (8'h x 5'w x 6"d).
(2) standard stools (placed at the front counter).
(1) 36" white round cafe table with (4) chairs (meeting space).
(1) wastebasket.

Audio Visual

(2) 32" monitors will be mounted above each demo counter.

Electrical/Power

Three (3) standard 5-AMP power drops and three (3) power strips in total will be provided.
- One (1) drop and one (1) strip will be placed at each demo counter.
- One (1) drop and one (1) strip will be placed at the front counter.

Carpet/Flooring

The 20x20 booths will be carpeted in a single, uniform color selected by the ViVE team. No additional action is needed on your part regarding carpeting.

Internet/WiFi

Complimentary Wifi will be provided on the show floor to all attendees, however, ViVE cannot guarantee uptime consistency throughout the duration of the event. We strongly recommend a dedicated internet connection if you intend to stream audio/video content or conduct live demonstrations/presentations within and around your exhibit.

Storage

The 20x20 option 2 booths include the following lockable storage spaces. For any additional items you need stored, we recommend reviewing T3 Expo's accessible storage options HERE.

Display Guidelines

Due to fire marshal regulations, furniture, displays, promotional materials, signage, etc., are not allowed on the floor surrounding your booth space. Any items placed in your booth must be confined to the inside of your booth space. Must abide by all exhibitor rules and regulations.
