ViVE 2026 | 10x20 Space Only Booth (with Fixed Backwall)

Location:

The 10x20 space-only booths are located on the ViVE show floor of the Los Angeles Convention Center (South Hall).

Mandatory Submission For Space-Only Booths:

All space-only booths are required to submit the following documents through the official submission form LINKED HERE by Friday, January 9, 2026:

• Booth Plan or Render (Must show dimensions and specs)
• Outside Contractor Information (If applicable)
• Certificate of Insurance (If applicable)

10x20 Space-Only Booth - Exhibitor Insurance:

• If you plan to build your own booth or bring a pop-up wall, ViVE will provide the necessary liability insurance that fulfills all insurance requirements for ViVE 2026. 
• If you plan to use an outside contractor for your booth build, a Certificate of Insurance (COI) must be submitted by the contractor to ViVE Show Management before access will be granted for build or move-in.

Booth Set:

• 10x20 SPACE-ONLY BOOTH RENDER
• Each 10x20 space-only booth includes one (1) white backwall measuring 8’ high x 20’ wide x 1' deep, making the interior space of the 10x20 booth: 20’ wide x 9’ deep
  • Note: This backwall is fixed and cannot be removed

Items to Order (Sponsor Responsibility):

• Carpet/Flooring - All booths must have carpet/flooring per Exhibitor Guidelines. Order your carpet/flooring through T3 Expo HERE
• Power/Electrical - Electrical services can be ordered directly through Edlen HERE
• Audio Visual - For all A/V equipment and support, place orders through Clarity Experiences HERE

Internet/Wifi:

• Complimentary Wifi will be provided on the show floor to all attendees, however, ViVE cannot guarantee uptime consistency throughout the duration of the event. We strongly recommend a dedicated internet connection if you intend to stream audio/video content or conduct live demonstrations/presentations within and around your exhibit

Storage:

• The 10x20 space-only booth does NOT include storage space. Items are not permitted to be stored behind the fixed backwall due to safety and fire regulations. Please order accessible storage through T3 Expo HERE

Booth Display Guidelines:

• Due to fire marshal regulations, no furniture, displays, signage, or promotional materials are allowed in the aisles or surrounding area outside your booth. All items must be kept entirely within the boundaries of your assigned booth space. For more information, please click HERE
