ViVE 2026 | 30x40 Space Only Booth

Location:

The 30x40 space-only booths are located on the ViVE show floor of the Los Angeles Convention Center (South Hall).

Mandatory Submission For Space-Only Booths:

All space-only booths are required to submit the following documents through the official submission form LINKED HERE by Friday, January 9, 2026:

• Booth Plan or Render (Must show dimensions and specs)
• Outside Contractor Information (If applicable)
• Certificate of Insurance

Booth Set:

• (1) 30x40 island exhibit space on the show floor

Items to Order (Sponsor Responsibility):

• Carpet/Flooring - All booths must have carpet/flooring per Exhibitor Guidelines. Order your carpet/flooring through T3 Expo HERE
• Power/Electrical - Electrical services can be ordered directly through Edlen HERE
• Audio Visual - For all A/V equipment and support, place orders through Clarity Experiences HERE

Internet/Wifi:

• Complimentary Wifi will be provided on the show floor to all attendees, however, ViVE cannot guarantee uptime consistency throughout the duration of the event. We strongly recommend a dedicated internet connection if you intend to stream audio/video content or conduct live demonstrations/presentations within and around your exhibit

Storage:

• The 30x40 space-only booth does NOT include storage space. If you have items to store, please order accessible storage through T3 Expo HERE

Booth Display Guidelines:

• Due to fire marshal regulations, no furniture, displays, signage, or promotional materials are allowed in the aisles or surrounding area outside your booth. All items must be kept entirely within the boundaries of your assigned booth space. Must abide by the exhibitor rules and regulations
